Meeting room tech, digital signage and AV/IT support

Three Hills Capital wanted to install a new audiovisual system in its London headquarters and offices in Milan and Luxembourg. As these are very design-led spaces, the systems needed to be highly discrete without compromising the performance.

Designing around a Zoom Rooms infrastructure

We technically designed the meeting space around Zoom Room’s UC platform. We used the Shure MXA910 ceiling microphones to complement the clutter-free boardroom tables. The microphone lobes on the Shure MXA910 are steerable, enabling them to capture communication anywhere in the room with exceptional clarity.

We also installed dual 85” Samsung screens to complement in-call content sharing and far-end participation, with visuals provided via the AVERCAM PTZ camera. 

Room control needed wireless, so we opted for iPads mounted in Heckler desk consoles and glass Heckler mounts. We connected these to the Zoom Room Controller and scheduler apps. 

Communal areas with a WOW factor

We installed background audio in communal areas with B&W AM1 speakers and provided a wow factor to the reception area with a 3×3 Samsung video wall. 

We routed the video signal flow on the impressive Datapath FX4 and remote-controlled the screens via a Crestron RMC4 control processor. Utilising cloud-managed content is critical, and we are providing a fully maintained Cloud service for the client to push digital signage to screens in London and Europe.
